We are pleased to introduce to you our
"family" of horses. We had several new arrivals
and you can find them on the
New Arrivals page.
| Our 100 acre farm is located in Pikeville, Tennessee, in the beautiful Sequatchie Valley, and the views surrounding us are truly breathtaking at any time of the year. |
|
| Although in the early stages of development with buildings and such, our initial goal to provide for the well-being of our horses has been in place since day one of beginning this journey, when we had one horse, one acre and a dream. All of our horses are handled on a daily basis... either from the moment they are born here, or arrive here from another farm. |

Our horses are bred to be athletes, plain and simple. The
bloodlines are there. The conformation is there. The movement
is there. So is the stamina, heart and desire. Just pick your
color! We've been able, through selective breeding, to produce
a horse that has incredible forward movement, paired with a
ground-covering stride and powered by extremely strong
hind-quarters. Oh, and there's that "fairly important" factor
of intelligence and love of people. Yep, got that too. Pretty
handy, if you're looking for an eventing or dressage horse, or
even a good ol' trail and pleasure horse. Our youngsters- as
small as two months old- are sailing over 24" jumps just for
the sheer joy of it. How's THAT for "want to?" We spend so much
time with each of our horses at such early ages, they simply
just do not know what it is like to NOT be around a human.
We place great importance in maintaining a natural social environment that is so imperative to a horse's state of mind. All of our horses are truly excited to be around people, as is evident in their willingness to please, as well as to play, with us. |
|
| The most important things to a horse are 1.safety, 2.comfort, 3.play, and 4.food. All of these "necessities" are provided in abundance here and it shows. Using the basic principles of Parelli Natural Horse.Man.Ship, our goal is to help develope horses that are calm, confident companions that we hope will become as dear to your hearts as each of these beautiful, gentle creatures is as dear to us. |

We believe very strongly in BIG. Big feet. Big ankles. Big legs.
Big HEARTS. Big. Big. Big..... so don't come here if you're
looking for a Saddlebred under 16H. Those that are under that
aren't weaned yet. Seriously..... we are NOT your normal
Saddlebred farm, so come over and find out for yourself!
We have been raising American Saddlebred horses for the past five years and love their playfullness, willingness to please and especially their endearing personalities. Many people consider the American Saddlebred horse to be nervous and harder to handle than most other horses, but experience has taught us that a horse...any horse...is only as confident and brave as a person allows them to be. Because most horses are natural born claustrophobics and panic-a-holics, it doesn't take much to bring those survival instincts into play, and unfortunately what most people see and remember is the end result of such. We find that not to be the case with our horses, and hope that you will also see the difference as well. In addition to the American Saddlebred, we have also taken an interest in the beautiful and versatile Andalusian. The bloodlines of these Spanish horses have influenced many of todays breeds, and their movement and temperment is phenomenal. Just recently, we aquired a handsome Andalusian colt by the name of Intrepido MC (meaning "fearless"), whom you can find on the Stallion page of our website, although it's a little early for him to have any "girlfriends"! We hope you will check in with us from time to time, as we will be making updates on a regular basis. |
