Renaissance Winds Horses for Sale
One afternoon, while standing amidst our usual congregation of horses & humans, I was asked a question. "Cathy, how do you KNOW which horse to sell?" And although it truly never occured to me, the answer was quite simple - I don't ever really "know" which horse is 100% without-a-doubt for sale, because we love them all equally. That being said, all we know to do in our hearts is to treat each and every horse here as though they might NEVER leave our wonderful farm. It has never occurred to us to play "favorites" because a horse might be for sale.....or might NOT be. All these horses know is the care and compassion that comes each and every day from us. They so eagerly look forward to welcoming another human into their hearts, that when that right person for them shows up, looking out into our field for their next Forever Partner, there will inevitably be ONE horse whose head will raise up from grazing, whose ears point forward, and whose soft brown eyes will look deeply into theirs and say....."Well, THERE you are......I've been waiting......"

With his long black mane and thick black tail flowing behind him, this gorgeous black/bay gelding looks like a vision from the mists of Avalon as he gracefully moves across the field. His stately manner is so apparent, that we call him "Lord of the Pasture" as he watches over our herd. From such well-known bloodlines as Champagne Fizz and Yorktown, "Gunner's" breeding is anything but ordinary, and neither is this horse. His disposition is one of gentle and quiet observation, with a little "horse humor" thrown in when you least expect it. His movement is so athletic and graceful that he would be a natural at dressage, but he could absolutely go in any direction, as long as you are FAIR in whatever you ask of him. He absolutely loves to be out and about, and would be an exciting mount for the trails. This is NOT a horse that would like to spend his days cooped up in a stall. He is quite the free-spirit. We have been working together in the Parelli Natural Horse.Man.Ship Program, and he is very responsive, although he delights in testing my patience! Truly an "Alpha," we've enjoyed watching him interact with our other horses, from the young foals and "teen-agers," as well as the "Grand-Dams" of the field. A very gentle-natured horse, yet no slouch by any means, Gunner is best suited to someone who has lots of riding "savvy," as well as an appreciation and understanding of his own uniquie "horse-anality." He will respond with his whole heart when friendship and fairness are a part of relationship with him.

By the impressive 17H five-gaited stallion, RWC Bi Mi World
Premier (Bi Mi Sultan's Wine x CH Bi Mi Magic Dream), and our
outstanding mare, Mia's Time (Sultan's Time x Chiari Mia), this
lovely chestnut gelding boasts lineage from old, old bloodlines
such as Genious Bourbon King, CH Wing Commander and CH Valley View
Supreme, to name a few. These Old World lines are evident in his
conformation and size. He is BIG and STRONG, not to mention
terribly handsome, of course.... and he ESPECIALLY knows that!
Already standing 16H, Hollywood is a very proportionate horse, even at his young age. His conformation and movement are distinctly different from our other horses, suggesting a VERY strong pre-disposition for dressage or even jumping. The way he naturally rounds his body and floats across even the roughest of terrain makes him mesmerizing to watch. And not ONLY is he nice to just look at.... his personality will just simply melt your heart. Extremely bright, and very people-oriented, this young horse needs to be with someone who is going to want to be with him as much as he wants to be with them on a daily basis. He also has quite a high energy level and a fairly large "GO!" button, so his next Partner will need to take the extra time to help him keep all that energy and spirit focused in the right direction.

With the impressive Attache/Chief of Greystone lines combined with the amazing bloodlines of WC Harlem Globetrotter, one can easily see why this extremely handsome fellow is built like the old-world Saddlebreds....elegant and poweful, with just the perfect amount of grace sprinkled on top. Debon carries 13 Broodmare Hall of Fame dams to his pedigree, and shows the wonderfully elevated motion of both his sire and dam. Even at an early age, his height, girth and bone structure are VERY solid - this guy is NOT going to be a "Primo Ballerino!" He's going to be able to do anything...... and with that beautiful white blaze and two white socks, he's definitely going to be an eye-catcher. And SENSIBLE- we are SO impressed with his easy-going demeanor, and eager willingness to learn.
Although he fades a bit in the summer, Debon's coat is a lovely black/bay, which really makes that white blaze and white legs stand out. He just keeps growing, and growing.....and growing!.....giving us a very good feeling that he is easily going to reach 16H by the time he is fully mature. His conformation is very balanced, with a nice over-reach in his hindquarters. He has a nice rounded croup, giving us the impression that there is going to be lots of power coming from behind, and with his large shoulders, there is no doubt that he'll be able to carry that momentum forward. This is a wonderful young horse perfectly suited to many disciplines, as he is all heart. We do not start our horses under saddle until they are between three and four years of age, and even then, that still depends on their physical and emotional maturity. Each youngster is treated and trained individually here. Up until that time, they have plenty of work on the ground and are ready for any direction that you choose for them. This handsome gelding was already trying to prance around before he was halfway into the world, so we're not surprised at all that he never slows down now! He is a gorgeous dark red bay with a striking black mane and tail, black legs, and a tiny white star on his forehead. Stunning!!! A wonderful, wonderful combination of both his parents with such well-known lines of WC Harlem Globetrotter, CH Valley View Supreme, CH Yorktown, CH Wing Commander, CH Anacacho's Shamrock, Denmark's Bourbon Genius, and the infamous Mr. Magic Man. Dapper Dann carries 16 Broodmare Hall of Fame dams in his pedigree, with such notable mares as Conversationalist, Chameleon, Gay Nora, CH Supreme Airs, Oman's Anacacho Maytime, Pennypacks Pride, and Grandview's Majorette....just to name a "mere" few.
We are very excited about how Dapper Dann has turned out so far, and how he continues to mature, showing a keen intellect and a strong desire to connect with people. He has a nice straight, short back, with a very solid shoulder and strong hindquarters. The most beautiful head and deep-set eyes one could ever hope to find.....that is, if you can see underneath all that HAIR! With a dam at 16H and a sire almost 17H, there is NO doubt this fellow is going to be large and in charge! He loves to play and has THE sweetest disposition. Both parents are naturally gaited, and with his strong, wide hindquarters there is a good possibility that he may just be a 5-gaited prospect....with the right training. We do not start our young horses under saddle until they are between three and four years of age, and even that still depends on their emotional and physical maturity. Until that time, we spend lots of time on the ground with them, getting them used to all sorts of things, to where even getting on their backs for the first time is just simply "no big deal" to them. Dapper Dann is a very exceptional young fellow and we look forward to seeing how he continues to progress. Please contact us for pricing.

A beautiful young mare by our amazing stallion, and out of our
stunning Fine Harness mare, Butterfly is poetry in motion.....with
a little "fizz" thrown in when you least expect it! With bloodline
notables such as CH Wing Commander, CH Anacacho Shamrock, CH
King's Genius, Kalarama Rex, and Edna May's King, to name a few,
this young gal's pedigree is loaded. And it gets EVEN better- she
boasts 13 BHF dams in her pedigree, including the unforgettable
Spoonbill, Mona Denmark, Flirtation Walk, and the recently
inducted Conversationalist. With notables such as the infamous
Rose of Spindletop, Spelling Bee, American Born, and Edna May’s
King, Butterfly's lineage speaks of the "old-world" Saddlebred,
whose humble beginnings created the athletes we know so well today.
Butterfly is a beautiful light chestnut with an INCREDIBLE amount of flaxen mane and tail, thanks to Dad's notorious "hair gene." She is the perfect combination of her two parents, and she floats effortlessly across the ground. Her personality is "All Girl," and she is every bit as feminine as she looks. Adoring the company of people, she will run up to anyone entering the field, and will stand right along side with her "humans", as though she is just as much engaged in the conversation as everyone else. And she IS, of course! She is probably going to mature out in height at around 15.3H, so she will be the perfect size for a petite female rider. For us, it is always difficult to determine what direction a young horse is going to lean towards where "discipline" is concerned, especially during the first couple of years. For that reason, we simply sit back and see what Butterfly has to offer on her own. So far, we've been pretty happy with what each horse "offers" in terms of abilities and pre-dispositions, and have no doubt that Butterfly will also do the same. She does, however, exhibit a larger "GO!" button than some of our other young horses, and she will need someone to help her channel all of her exhuberance and spirit in the right direction!
Here is an opportunity like no other to own a young horse that so well represents what the Saddlebred breed is all about... poetry in motion, and a heart that will never quit.
