and gorgeous mares! Every Spring brings us new suprises, and we
love each and every one of them. All are happy, energetic, engaging
and so interested in their two-legged care-takers! From the moment
they arrive in the world, each little one is greeted with
celebration and love. They learn quickly not to be afraid of
people, and to be curious about their big new world... and from
there, a true "language" begins. This early interaction has helped
our horses become calm, confident and very willing students, which
creates a wonderful foundation for those interested in horses that
give so much and ask for so little in return. It is so important
to have a good foundation, and we work very hard to make that
happen with each and every one of them. All our youngsters are

Ruby (Royal Crest Sharin' Stone) did not disappoint us with
her first offspring! Our first arrival of the year, this beautiful
chestnut filly, nicknamed "Rosie," was gorgeous from the moment
she was born. Her playful, sassy attitude never failed to bring
smiles to our faces, and she reveled in learning new things at a
very early age. It did not take long for us to realize that the
combination of bloodlines had produced a rare treasure, and it
did not take long for that treasure to be discovered. When Claudia
S. of Evansville, Indiana contacted us, she knew what she was
looking for in Saddlebred lines, and it wasn't long before Miss
Rosie was headed north. Since that time, Rosie has settled into
her new home with her new best equiine-friend, Tiffany. Claudia
has delighted us with stories of Rosie's progress as she continues
to grow, grow, grow! In the meantime, Ruby is again in foal to our
lovely black stallion, and we are hopeful that Rosie will
eventually have a handsome new little brother!

Who'da thought BLACK? Well, imagine OUR surprise when two little black front feet made their first appearance in the wee hours of the morning on March 19th. Then came the inky black nose with a perfect white diamond between her nostrils, followed a coal black, wet body and legs that seemed never-ending. For the LIFE of me, I am always amazed and in awe of how Mother Nature can pack a suitcase. But, here she is..... a lovely black filly named "Lily."
Lily couldn't be more representative of two incredibly bred parents. Stunning with a lovely swan neck and beautiful conformation, she carries herself with a quiet grace and elegance that belies her young age. And with the thickest mane and tail that you could imagine at just 8 months old....well, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out from what tree this lovely little ebony apple fell. But HERE'S something you won't find sporting around out in the field everyday ~ a youngster with TWENTY TWO Broodmare Hall of Fame Dams.....ON BOTH SIDES OF HER PEDIGREE. Sorry, folks, you can look at her ALL you want, but this young gal is the beginning of a new era in our breeding program, and is not available for sale.
